Lolhostel - how to reach us

LoLHostel is in the heart of Syracuse, Sicily, in the best possible location, just 50 meters from the train and bus station (leave your baggage and go!), 200 meters from the junction of the two main streets, Corso Umberto and Corso Gelone, halfway between the two main attractions, Ortygia and the Archaeological area, less than 10 minutes walking to both. Therefore you can get off the train or bus, immediately drop off your bags, and explore all the most important places of interest with a short walk. Parking in front of the hostel is free and you are not in traffic limited zone like in Ortigia where it is often forbidden to drive and always impossible to park. All the buses to the beaches leave from here. Less than two minutes walking from here there are bars, pizzerias, pubs, restaurants and the only supermarket located in the center. You can then organize lunches and dinners at very convenient prices, using our kitchen and our common areas. Moreover from the nearby bus station a free shuttle bus leaves every 15 minutes to Ortigia, but it is recommended only in case of rain, as walking to the island is faster.
